Fat Loss
This section will be what most of you want to know!!! Because
this is our #1 question, we have put together a list of the
products and suggestions we think aid the best in fat loss.
Just don't stop eating!!! Losing fat and keeping muscle is
actually a hard thing to do. I can tell you that many times
when I try to cut up, I just shrink! I'm losing muscle…not
good. What I have found to avoid this is:

Keep the protein intake high. You may have heard this before,
but trust me, this is key! |

Cut down on the carbs. When I am looking to lose some body
fat, I don't worry about how much fat I'm consuming (well, keep
it reasonable!!!), I just watch the carbohydrates like a hawk
and avoid as much as I can. |

Pig out! That's right, one day a week I eat. No, I mean EAT!
This is not only fun, it is good break for the mind and a great
metabolism boost. This lets the body know that you are not going
to starve it and it will let go of some bodyfat. |

Do your cardio exercise in the morning. A 20-minute run in
the morning on an empty stomach is equal to a 60 minute run
later in the day after a meal! Amazing, huh? It has to do with
fasting, so don't eat before your morning cardio! |

Use an ECA stack and liquid L-Carnitine before your exercise.

As for exercise, you need to exercise consistently. DO
NOT EXERCISE EVERYDAY. More is not better when dealing
with your body. It needs to rest. Do some form of aerobic activity
at least 3 times per week. If you are trying to lose weight,
up that to 5 times per week. Again, rest in between workouts.
Also, you should do some form of weight training. Muscles burn
calories around the clock. They also require that your body
needs more calories, which can help in using fat for energy.
So, lift weights. Visit your local gym for assistance and a
workout plan.
As for supplements, here are a few more:
Metabolic Enhancer - These raise your metabolism, which
in turn causes you to burn more fat, even at rest. Do not take
these if you have any major medical condition, especially heart
problems. The best time to take these is about 15-20 minutes
before you do your aerobic activity. The most fat loss occurs
with aerobic activity in the morning before you eat anything,
and taking one of these will speed up the fat loss even more.
The best ones I know of are Sportpharma's Thermadrene, Twinlab's
Ripped Fuel, Optimum's Metabolic Boost, Champion's Thermadrol
X, and all of the other caffeine/ephedrine/aspirin stack.
Chitosan - This supplement, which is found in shellfish,
binds to fat and causes it to be indigestible, so you pass it
out. Take these before you eat each meal. You will be able to
tell they are working because you will notice more of something
is being excreted from your body! I take Ultimate Nutrition's
Chito Pro.
