Shipping & Policy Information

We will ship your order anywhere in the Continental US for just $7.95 regardless of how much you order, if you have a UPS deliverable shipping address. Most products that are 10 lbs or more, we have to charge an additional $1 per product, due to weight and fuel cost. This is not our fault, it is the shipping companies unfortunately. Products that do have this extra charge will be desplayed with the product information online. For everyone else it is not as simple. If your shipping address is in Hawaii, Alaska, a PO Box, an APO/FPO address or an International Address, please email us for specific shipping prices. Be sure to include the products you wish to purchase as well as your full shipping address so we can dertermine the correct cost. If you place an order and we do not hear from you within 24 hours regarding your shipping cost, we will assume you are aware of the extra cost and will ship your package out. You must provide the correct address or you will be charged a fee of $10. This is the fee UPS charges if the address is incorrect in any way. USPS Orders will be charged a higher fee. DSN is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others. DSN collects information from our users in order to properly fulfill orders for products from our site and to communicate with our users on an opt-in basis

SHIPPING INFORMATION

In most cases it will take 3-7 business days (from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order) for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days. Internet Orders received after noon CST on Friday will not be processed until Monday. UPS does not pick up on Saturday or Sundays. Temporary backorders will delay shipments. You will get an email if some or all of your order is out of stock. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. This does NOT mean your order has been shipped. This is just to confirm that we have received your order. Internet orders received before Noon CST are usually shipped the same day, except on very high demand items that are hard to keep in stock. The orders that cannot be shipped out the same day could take 3 business days to process before we can ship them out. You can choose to have your order shipped UPS 2nd day or UPS Overnight. You will be charged for the full shipping amount that UPS charges… the $7.95 charge does not apply to 2nd day or Overnight orders. Please keep in mind that by choosing UPS 2nd day or UPS Overnight means that once your order is processed (which could be 3 business days) it will be shipped out Overnight or 2nd day air. That means it could take up to 4 to 5 business days to get your order.

Shipping within continental US is $7.95. MUST BE A UPS DELIVERABLE ADDRESS!! Some products on our site require an extra charge. These products will have the extra charge displayed in the product information and at checkout.

International customers, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO customers, and PO BOX addresses please email for shipping quote. ALL APO/FPO customers' packages are shipped out USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving the order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If it is not correct you will be charges an extra $10 fee that is charged to us by UPS. This will be charged to the customer's credit card. UPS also charges an additional $2.50 for rural deliveries, this will also be charged to the customer's credit card.

Discount Sport Nutrition Franchising, L.P. does not fill orders in house. A separate not owned by Discount Sport Nutrition Franchising, L.P. fills all orders. All billing will be done through the fulfillment house. Discount Sport Nutrition Franchising, L.P. does not charge credit cards itself. All credit cards will be charge through the fulfillment company.

UPS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, UPS 2nd DAY AIR SHIPPING or UPS 3-DAY SELECT

We offer UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping, but cannot quote an exact price on this type of shipment. Here is a general guide for Next Day Air charges: A 3lb package going to California costs about $30.00 for Next Day Air and a 1lb package to New York cost about $20.75. UPS charges $10 more for Next Day Air shipments delivered on Saturday. UPS also has additional charges for Next Day Air based on package size, when the package reaches certain dimensions. UPS charges less for Next Day Air when delivering to a larger city, then when delivering to a smaller city. Next Day air is not available outside the 48 contiguous states. Discount Sport Nutrition Franchising, L.P. does not fill Internet orders in-house. A separate company fills all orders.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US

We welcome International orders! We have shipped worldwide since we opened in the 1990's and we look forward to more orders from other countries! Only credit card orders are accepted. In addition to the normal shipping charges, you agree to pay all additional shipping, handling, customs, and insurance costs. We offer USPS Air or USPS Ground. Our default shipping method is USPS Air. You may choose to ship via USPS Surface but must let us know in the comment section of your order. Sometimes USPS Ground is not available. USPS Ground takes 8-12 weeks, USPS Air takes 2-4 weeks. USPS Air is more expensive. For these prices please e-mail or fax us at 214-292-8619. You can also view pricing at www.ups.com. INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS

As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. If an order sent by us to you is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Discount Sport Nutrition or the company that ships this order IS NOT to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by the customer. Retrieval of any such shipment from customs is at the option of Discount Sport Nutrition. Discount Sport Nutrition will abandon any shipment when the cost of that return is more than the declared product value. If the shipment is abandoned by Discount Sport Nutrition the customer will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If in any case we accept return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, Discount Sport Nutrition will credit the customer for the value of the unopened and untampered products purchased less all shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment and all shipping charges sending the product. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms. Again, any order shipped Internationally that is held by Customs if your country will not be handled though our facilities. You will have to work with your local customs agency to retrieve your order. It is the customers responsibility to know the laws and regulations in your country. We will not credit your credit card for not receiving your shipment.

BACKORDER POLICY

We try and ship all orders as quickly as possible. To keep our prices as low as they are, we may not stock all items we carry. Therefore, at times, it may take more time than expected to ship your order out. Please be patient with us. If it will take longer than a week to ship out your order, we will notify you by email. Basically, we may take a little longer in some cases but we do have the lowest prices on the entire Internet

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. C.O.D is not available. Pre-payment by credit card is required! Discount Sport Nutrition does not fill any of the Internet orders in house. All orders and billing will be from a separate company not related or affiliated with Discount Sport Nutrition Franchising, L.P.. Any problems your are having with the fulfillment company must be directed to us by email at webmaster@sportsupplements.com. Please be sure you input your correct billing address for your credit card (this is the address your credit card bill is sent to.) If you want it shipped to a different location than your billing address, you must state the reason in the comments field. We will call you to verify

RETURN POLICY

Since we are a wholesaler and sell at rock bottom prices, we CANNOT accept returns on any opened merchandise. All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 10 days for exchange or credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special orders. You must receive a Return Authorization # from us before you ship something back to us. It must be approved through us first. Simple go to our "Contact Us" page and let us know your issue. Please be aware that we are not responsible for melted/damaged bars due to hot weather or warm UPS/Fed-Ex/USPS/Customs Agency's distribution facilities. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY MELTED PRODUCTS BACK.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

All orders are triple checked for accuracy and leave the facility with a weight check. It is very unlikely you will ever receive a package with missing products unless it is on products that are backordered. All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours or receipt. Please keep the original carton. Please report all damages within 24 hours so we may file a claim with shipper. Email us at orders@sportsupplements.com. MUST BE within 24 hours of receiving package or claim will be dropped. We are not responsible for melted/damaged bars due to hot weather or warm UPS/Fed-Ex/USPS/Customs Agency's distribution facilities. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY MELTED PRODUCTS BACK.
